Can anyone can post free Real Estate listing(s) on this section?
Yes you can! Become a registered member of the website to start posting. This section is open to private owners aswell as Real Estate Agencies. You are allowed to post up to 3 listings FREE for 90 days. After this first period, listing(s) must be submitted again and never exceed a maximum of 3 per person or per Company.
To post UNLIMITED listings, there are specific fees: BSD $295.00 (3 months) BSD $395.00 (6 months) or BSD $595.00 (1 year). Feel free to contact us.
Can I add pictures to my listings?
Yes. A maximum of 4 pictures are allowed per listing and the maximum size of each picture is limited to 3 Megabytes.
I've published my listing. Why doesn't it appear?
ExpatsInTheBahamas.Com is a secure website, therefore all listings are subject to approval. In addition, if you have 3 listings currently published and have not have paid the related fees for additional listings, your most recent listings will be removed/deleted.
What are my presentation options?
Listings are all showing the same way as it is a fixed frame but you have a text editor available when typing your description and there you will be allowed to use bold, underlined, italic characters... as to adjust your paragraphs as centered, on the left, on the right or justify the text. This text editor is alot similar to the one you are use on Word. Please note, when posting prices do not to include commas, points or dollar sign in the PRICE option, i.e $1 million should be written like this 1000000. All numeric fields that is not applicable to your listing should have a '0' value (no. of bedroom, bathrooms etc.)
How people can contact me?
You can publish your full Name, address, phone number to help people to reach you as quick as possible but they can also contact you via the contact form of your listing and the message will be send to the e-mail you are registered on our website. We have NO interaction between you and the people contacting you.
Can anyone can post a free classified on this section?
Yes, for a period of 90 days. If you are a registered member of the website, you'll have a login ID and a password and you can even make modifications as often as you want to your listing(s). If you are not a registered member, you still can post for free and for 90 days but you could not make modifications or delete your published listing.
I've published my Classified. Why doesn't it appear?
Again ExpatsInTheBahamas.Com is a secure website and all listings including Classifieds are subject to approval. One of the main reason for this is to avoid the spammers. There is a manual control on the back end of the website and after verification of your listing(s) and picture(s) uploaded we will publish it within a maximum time frame of 1 business day.
Can I add as many pictures as I want with a listing?
No you cannot. A maximum of 2 pictures are allowed per listing. The maximum size of each pictures is limited to 2 Megabytes as the Max Ad Image Width is 400 pixels and the Max Ad Image height is 300 pixels.

Can anyone can list for free his/her establishment on this section?
No, this section is a paid section only. The charge of BSD $495.00 is a one time fee (No renewal payment) and permanent listing/publication. When the payment is done, we'll collect all pictures and information regarding your rooms, your establishment and we'll create the listing for you. Feel free to contact us.
